Description – IWC is a woman-owned and managed social services consulting firm specializing in Indiana Medicaid Programs. Certified by the State of Indiana as a Woman Business Enterprise, IWC's decentralized organizational structure enables it to draw on the talents of health care and social service professionals throughout our service area to most efficiently meet our client's needs. IWC specializes in delivering custom-designed outreach programs including seminars, back-to-school events, community-specific programs, educational material, and a wide variety of health care and social services related training programs.

Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Human Services from Indiana University. She is also a State licensed school counselor in Indiana.

Primary Client – IWC is a team of seven professional community outreach consultants who support MDwise efforts to provide resources and education to members and agencies throughout Indiana. MDwise is an Indiana-based, non-profit Managed Care Entity (MCE). MDwise serves over 300,000 Hoosiers in the Hoosier Healthwise, Care Select and the Healthy Indiana Plan.
